I was born in Paris, in a small city near Fontainebleau in the southern parts of Paris. surrounded by nature, horses, and a joyful, simple way of life that shaped my sense of hospitality and appreciation for beautiful moments.
After graduating in social and economics, I moved to London, UK, where I discovered a passion for refined hospitality, working alongside acclaimed Michelin starred chefs and prestigious venues.
in 2014, I founded Ace Of Shake Bartending School, First training bartenders, then expanding into high-end consulting and contributing to several luxury openings, including in Washington DC.
Now based in Philadelphia, I operate within on of the city's most prestigious Five-Star hotel environments, bringing precision, speed, and elevated service to every experience.
My French background naturally places cocktails, food, and atmosphere at the center of every gathering. Creating moments that feel effortless, warm, and memorable.
Ace Of Shake LLC is now fully established in the United States, built to deliver seamless, polished, and unforgettable bar experience.
